I am the owner of SDG, and I started working with Carolyn 3 years ago and now my life is forever changed. It all started with the Vision Project's 30-day Challenge, this chunk was to establish good morning - midday - and evening routines - this I had to make a list and check off. NOW, it is my way of being, these are no longer "things I do" for myself, they are automatic habits that have changed my life.
